Main facility for high pressure die casting has from 60 tons to 130 tons with hot chamber and 180 tons to 1200 tons with cold chamber machine; dozens of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machine,
NC lathe turning machine, boring, drilling, honing and hobbing machine; For stamping, deep drawing, besides laser cutting, bending, welding, reeling machine, the max hydro pressure machie to 1250 tons.

For samples we will do full dimensions inspection, offer ISIR report for each part. All of mass production will do final inspection and as request key dimension100% inspection.

As an professional OEM manufactuer, ACES has the quotation technical engineer, normally the quotation will be finished in 1-7 days.
After receiving the orders, our production will give us the confirmed shipment date in 3 days.

And during manufacturing we will offer the customer the tracking list every week updating the production status.

Before the parts are finished, we will offer the customer the rough package list in advance for booking reference.
Every sales will coordinate and communicate with our clients closely for development to final shipment and after-sale problem dealing.

Our customer can contact us at any time. For the quality problem, when we receiving any claim, we need the customer offer us the detailed information including the photos,
we will analyze the quality issue, find the root cause, make the corrections and offer 8D report.
Each claim will be followed by our quality people at least 3 lots of shipments, to make sure the problems are completely solved.
