Main facility for high pressure die casting has from 60 tons to 130 tons with hot chamber and 180 tons to 1200 tons with cold chamber machine; dozens of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machine,

NC lathe turning machine, boring, drilling, honing and hobbing machine; For stamping, deep drawing, besides laser cutting, bending, welding, reeling machine, the max hydro pressure machie to 1250 tons;

The full sizes facility ensures that we can undertake a variety of parts from different customers. In addtion, by strict quality control such as new development and mass production drawing review meeting, control plan, PPAP, CMM inspection, inspecotor self-inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection,
